Today’s pattern, via Knitty and designer Emilee Mooney is Foliage
Everybody seems to be knitting this pattern from the Fall 2007 Knitty lately, I made one, then Miss Lime made one, which I’m sure reminded everyone how cute this pattern is. As a bonus in the imminent Christmas insanity, it’s a really cute hat that is not totally boring to knit, and, while it does take a little longer to knit than your standard hat recipe, the finished project is well worth it.

The lace is slightly different and the crown is very different, but if you are looking for another variation, you might like my version.
