Fairytale Dress by Just Jussi

I know that spring seems a long way off in the Northern Hemisphere. We’ve only just started winter. The gray cold days make me yearn for the bright colors of spring and summer. The Fairytale Dress pattern from Just Jussi is the perfect thing to work on while waiting for the seasons to change. This dress (knit in a washable cotton) will fit a 2T toddler as a long dress and will even fit up to a size 5 preschooler as a cute summer top. That’s my kind of knitting. Knit once and watch the garment grow with the child. The roses could also be used as embellishments on any number of things. Maybe a matching May Day crown for your little princess? If you have no little girls to knit for, Just Jussi has several other free patterns including yoga socks.
