Are you a mind reader? Seriously, I just put “Learn how to darn a sock” on my 101 in 1001 list, and I emailed my LYS owner asking her to run a class on this topic.

    Thanks!!

Gee, I like Yarn Harlot’s method: stand over garbage can and while throwing in sock repeat “darn, darn, darn!”

I am glad to see people treating sock darning with the solemnity and reverence it deserves.

Swiss daring is really a better method for knits than the woven darn. Woven darning, as the name implies, is better for woven fabrics. **runs of to google for a video of swiss darning**

It’s not a video, but this tutorial has lots of pictures of the Swiss (duplicate stitch) darning method.
