Pattern: Toadstool Baby Rattle

I love mushrooms. I love to eat them. I love to look at them. I love statues of mushrooms serving as stools for fairies. I could totally see a fairy sitting on one of these.
The rattle is made with a cat toy, so you don’t have to worry about the bell working its way out of the stuffing. With babies arriving around here left and right, I’m just going to have to cast on.

Absolutely adorable! I could totally see about making these, especially with left over sock yarn!
But what is also great, make it like a Green or Red top or whatever and ta-da a geeky Mario Mushroom that jingles!
